PROPOSED FINANCING BY Paw Paw Volunteer Fire Company

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Paw Paw Volunteer Fire Company, located in Paw Paw, West Virginia (the issuer), will allow for public comment on January 9, 2024, at 7:30 PM, via the following: (304) 947-7746 or in person, for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal the issue enter into an agreement to finance certain equipment. The equipment to be financed consists of One (1) New Fouts Bros Tanker Truck and will be maintained at the fire station in Paw Paw, West Virginia.

To finance the costs of such equipment and to pay the costs and expenses incidental to financing, the issuer proposes to enter a loan agreement with a maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $443,990.00. The issuer will be required to pay all taxes on the equipment. The rental payments due pursuant to the loan agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment.

All persons interested may phone in and be heard at said time and place or may file written comments with the Paw Paw Volunteer Fire Company prior to the date of hearing set forth heretofore.

Notice - Cleanup Not Authorized

The Town of Paw Paw has not authorized any 13 — 15 year olds to do "clean up work around town." Due to the lack of communication to the Mayor and Council concerning responsible parties, insurance coverage or parental forms; any work to be done is not allowed on town property. First Annual Festival

Paw Paw, WV. The first annual PawPaw town festival took place on Saturday July 2, 2016. The event was well attended and participants enjoyed many activities including a live music concert, games, contests, pony ride's, food and finished with fireworks at dusk.

Tunnel Reopens
